Shipping policy

United Kingdom - Domestic

We offer shipping across the UK and all our UK orders are posted via Royal Mail.

Orders placed using standard delivery takes 3-5 working days to be delivered. Please note during sale or busy periods, delivery may take up to 5-7 working days. 

Orders placed using express delivery will be delivered within 1-2 days. 

Once an order is placed, tracking numbers will be provided via email.

Mainland Europe

We are also pleased to offer reliable and timely shipping services across Mainland Europe. Orders places using standard delivery takes 7-10 working days to be delivered via Royal Mail.

International taxes & customs

House of Safwah is not responsible for any delays due to customs clearance or import duties and taxes as this is out of our control. Orders placed with House of Safwah do not cover possible customs fees or import duties and taxes which may be applied by customs authorities upon the delivery to your country.

We would advise our customers to research the customs laws and regulations for your country of residence prior to ordering from House of Safwah. 

Shipping of pre-order items

For any item that has been ordered as a pre-order, will be delivered within 2-3 weeks following order confirmation.
