Returns policy for ABAYAS

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order as long as the item is not damaged or used, you have proof of receipt and it is within the returns window. 

We do not accept any returns on hijabs/scarves due to hygiene reasons. 

We do not accept returns on sale items or items bought in promotional seasons. 

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@houseofsafwah.com. All customers are responsible for covering the cost of returns. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If the returned product does not meet the standards, we have a right to refuse the return. If you return an item without contacting us prior, the item will be returned back to you.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Returns policy for THOBES

In terms of our thobe for both adults & kids as they are made to order and a tailored fit, we do not accept any returns. 

Order cancellation:

Prior to placing an order, please refer to our size chart to ensure you are ordering a suitable size. 

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Once an order has been placed it CANNOT be altered. We cannot change, swap or replace products once an order has been placed.
